SLZAF series chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage and single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The product is designed according to API610 standard and belongs to OH2 structure. The design pressure is 7.5MPa. Suitable for conveying clean or granular, neutral or corrosive media. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the driving end.
Product Features
1. The pump body is supported by the center, and the impeller is closed, which can transport the medium containing a small amount of solid particles.
2. The bearing is tapered roller bearing+angular contact bearing to balance axial force and radial force, so as to reduce bearing heating.
3. The back door design is adopted with the extension of the diaphragm coupling, so it is not necessary to move the motor and dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines when replacing the wearing parts such as the mechanical seal.
4. Wear rings are provided at the front and rear of the impeller and the pump cover of the pump body.
4. The mechanical seal cavity is designed according to API682 standard, and all sealing schemes can be configured.
5. The bearing box is equipped with a cooling water jacket, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the bearing box and prolong the service life of the bearing.
6. The pump legs can be connected with cooling water to prevent misalignment between the pump and the motor caused by high-temperature thermal expansion.
