SLZA series chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage and single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The product is designed according to API610 standard, belonging to OH1 structure, and the design pressure is 2.5MPa. Suitable for conveying clean or granular, neutral or corrosive media. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the driving end.

Product Features

1. The pump body is supported by the foot and the impeller is closed, which can transport the medium containing a small amount of solid particles. SLZAO is an open impeller, which can transport media containing a large number of solid particles.

2. The bearing is cylindrical roller bearing+angular contact bearing to balance axial force and radial force, so as to reduce bearing heating.

3. The back door design is adopted with the extension of the diaphragm coupling, so it is not necessary to move the motor and dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines when replacing the wearing parts such as the mechanical seal.

4. Wear rings are provided at the front and rear of the impeller and the pump cover of the pump body.

5. The mechanical seal cavity is designed according to API682 standard, and all sealing schemes can be configured.
