MD wear-resistant centrifugal multistage pump for coal mine is mainly used for conveying clean water and neutral mine water with solid particle content not more than 1.5% in coal mine, with particle size less than ＜0.5mm and liquid temperature not exceeding 80℃. It is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities.

Note: Flameproof motor must be used when used underground in coal mine!

This series of pumps implement MT/T114-2005 standard of multistage centrifugal pump for coal mine.

Product Features

1. The suction inlet of MD pump is horizontal and the outlet is vertical.

2. The shaft transmits power to the impeller to make it work; The balance disc is used to balance the axial force; Replaceable shaft sleeves are installed at both ends of the shaft to protect the shaft.

3. The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the elastic pin coupling. Looking at the pump from the prime mover end, the pump rotates clockwise.

Working Conditions

When selecting a water pump, users should consider the installation height of the pump, that is, the vertical distance from the sucked liquid level to the center of the pump shaft should be less than the specified installation height of the water pump, and the specified installation height of the water pump should be calculated as follows:
