SLDB series heavy duty petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, radially divided, single-pole, two-stage or three-stage centrifugal pumps with spiral case and central support structure. Design according to API610 "Centrifugal Pump for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industry".
This series of pumps are designed to meet the needs of harsh and heavy-duty field conditions. They have the characteristics of safe and reliable structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and long service life, and can transport all kinds of clean, flammable, explosive and corrosive media containing particles. Mainly used in oil refining, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, crude oil transportation, chemical fertilizer and other industries. The flow range is 50-4000m3/h, the lift range is 650m, the maximum design pressure can reach 15MPa, and the service temperature is-80-450 degrees Celsius.
Based on excellent hydraulic models at home and abroad, this series of pumps are designed by using advanced design methods such as three-dimensional modeling and CFD flow field analysis. They have the characteristics of wide range of flow and lift, high efficiency and good cavitation performance, and are a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products. The sealing system is completely designed according to API682 "Shaft Seal System of Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump", and can be equipped with various sealing and flushing cooling schemes, which is suitable for various complex working conditions and has a wide range of applications.
Since the beginning of 2022 and 2023, through the cooperative efforts and work of leaders of Dalian Chemical Pump Factory, Xuzhou Branch and Ministry of Foreign Trade and relevant sales and engineering leaders, sales orders for SLDB BB2 heavy petrochemical process pumps have been successively obtained in domestic and international markets, in which the contract amount of BB2 pump type and chemical pump ordered by Xuzhou Branch is large, and the BB2 pump ordered by Ministry of Foreign Trade has harsh conditions for conveying media (hydrocarbons with a media proportion of 0.5).
