AYG series chemical pumps are vertical, single-stage and single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The product is designed according to API610 standard, belonging to OH3 structure, and the design pressure is 2.5MPa. Suitable for conveying clean or granular, neutral or corrosive media. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the driving end.

Product Features

1. The pump body is vertical and the impeller is closed, which can transport the medium containing a small amount of solid particles.

2. The bearing is cylindrical roller bearing+angular contact bearing to balance axial force and radial force, so as to reduce bearing heating.

3. The single diaphragm coupling is adopted, and the motor is a common shaft, so there is no need to adopt an extended shaft.

4. Wear rings are provided at the front and rear of the impeller and the pump cover of the pump body.

4. The mechanical seal cavity is designed according to API682 standard, and all sealing schemes can be configured.
