    This product has been successfully applied to the "first-line waste heat power generation circulating water system" and "production circulating water system" of Baoshan CONCH Co., Ltd., and achieved excellent energy-saving effect.
 
 
1.Introduction of Circulating Water System
 
 
   1.1.Circulating water system for first-line waste heat power generation
 
           The circulating water pump in the first-line waste heat power generation circulating water system provides circulating cooling water for three important heat exchanger users: condenser, oil cooler and air cooler. The water consumption characteristics of the three water users are different: the water
       
         consumption of "condenser" is related to the load of steam turbine unit; The water consumption of "oil cooler" is related to the load of steam turbine unit and the ambient temperature; The water consumption of air cooler is relatively constant.
       
         Among the above three users, the "condenser" is the largest user in the system, and the process of supplying the circulating cooling water delivered by the "circulating water pump" to the "condenser" is shown in Figure 1: Schematic Diagram of the Water Supply Condenser of the Circulating Water Pump:
    1.2.Production Circulating Water System
 
         The circulating water pump in the "production circulating water system" provides circulating cooling water for the production equipment in the plant. The main water supply points are: the water cooling jacket cavity of the bearing bush of the main exhaust fan (as shown in Figure 2), the oil-gas cooler of the
 
          aircompressor, and the heat exchanger of the forced lubrication dilute oil station (as shown in Figure 3), etc. The ultimate purpose of the supplied circulating water is to take away the heat generated by the water-using equipment in the production process.

2.Project Execution Process
 
  In the process of implementing the energy-saving transformation of the above two circulating water systems, the key points are as follows:
 
    2.1: Understand the production of the system;
 
    2.2: Understand the current operation of the system;
 
    2.3: Understand the adjustment of system working conditions;
 
    2.4: Determination of operating parameters
 
  Based on the detailed understanding and communication of the "production situation", "current operation situation" and "working condition adjustment situation" of the system, the operating condition parameters of the circulating pumps of the above two systems are measured.
 
  The main equipment for the determination process is:
 
    1) Determination of flow parameters-Frekson ultrasonic flowmeter in Germany;
 
    2) Measuring pressure-digital display pressure gauge (vacuum pressure gauge);
 
    3) Measurement of electrical parameters-Metso power quality analyzer in Germany and Fluke clamp meter in the United States.
 
3.Project Transformation Execution Products
 
    Two "SLOWN600-620B/8" high-efficiency and energy-saving customized pumps were used to transform the "first-line waste heat power generation circulating water system". See:

  For the "production circulating water system", two "SLS200-400(Ⅰ)A" high-efficiency and energy-saving customized pumps and a vacuum water diversion device were used to transform the self-priming pump on site. See:

4.Energy Saving Benefit
 
    According to the data of the National Development and Reform Commission, "… it consumes 3 tons of standard coal and emits 8.72 tons of carbon dioxide for every 10,000 kWh of electricity …". Based on the above standards, the profit of this energy-saving transformation is calculated with "annual   operation of 8000h and electricity fee of 0.65 yuan /kWh", and the annual energy-saving profit after transformation is:
 
    1) Annual electricity saving: 2 million kWh;The annual electricity saving is 1.3 million yuan;
 
    2) Annual standard coal saving: 6 million tons, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1,744 tons.
 
    According to statistics, the power consumption of pump products accounts for more than 20% of the total power generation in China. As a major energy consumer of enterprises, reducing the energy consumption of pumps is one of the key measures for each enterprise to save energy and reduce
 
  consumption, and it is also the first step for enterprises to move towards "green development" and "sustainable development"!
5.Summary
